Reports to: Event Manager
- Job Summary
The Event Intern is responsible for supporting the daily administrative tasks of the Events department at Anne Hill International School. This position also plays a role in coordinating in internal and external events.

The intern will receive direct instruction and guidance from a designated AHI employee for each assigned task.
- Skills & Traits
- Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude, willing to support tasks beyond their core responsibilities.
- Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
- Basic content writing skills for social media posts, emails, and internal documents.
- Basic event planning and event organisation skills.
- Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Owning a personal laptop is a plus.
- Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
