ACCREDITATIONS

The Council of International Schools (CIS) is a global non-profit organisation that provides accreditation, professional development, and rigorous evaluation services for schools committed to high-quality education, strong safeguarding practices, and global citizenship. CIS Accreditation is recognised worldwide as a hallmark of excellence, reflecting a school’s dedication to continuous improvement and international best practice. AHI has been a CIS Member School since 2022 and is working towards achieving full Accredited Status by 2026.

AUTHORISATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

The International Curriculum Association (ICA), part of Fieldwork Education, provides a research-informed, globally adopted curriculum (IEYC, IPC, IMYC) alongside comprehensive professional development and a quality-assurance. As a member of the International Curriculum Association (ICA), AHI is authorised to deliver the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC), International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC).

Cambridge International Education is a globally recognised provider of world-class academic programmes and qualifications, trusted by schools in over 160 countries. Its curriculum framework, assessments, and teacher development standards help schools deliver a high-quality, internationally benchmarked education that prepares students for success at university and beyond. As a registered Cambridge International School, AHI is authorised to deliver the Cambridge Primary & Lower Secondary curriculum as well as assessments that are externally marked by Cambridge including Cambridge Checkpoint assessments.

The Council of British International Schools (COBIS) is a global association representing more than 400 high-quality British international schools and organisations. Membership signifies a school’s commitment to rigorous standards in teaching, safeguarding, and student outcomes. In 2025, AHI began its journey towards COBIS accreditation, opening up opportunities for our students to participate in international competitions and proudly represent our school on a global stage.
