The Event Intern is responsible for supporting the daily administrative tasks of the Events department at Anne Hill International School. This position also plays a role in coordinating in internal and external events.

  • Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Premiere Pro) are a plus.

  • Basic event planning and event organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Owning a personal laptop is a plus.
  1. Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Swimming Teacher and Coach

Position: Swimming Teacher and Coach

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of the school’s swimming programme, managing and maintaining all aspects of the use of the swimming pool.

Duties & Responsibilities                

  • Teacher’s duties as per Anne Hill Standards
  • Assist with the day to day running of the Swimming department by completing swim coaching and admin tasks.
  • Lead swim coaching sessions.
  • Plan a suitable training programme specific for groups
  • Run before-school/ after-school training sessions
  • Follow up swimmers who fail to attend training
  • Liaise with PE dept over lane ropes & pool maintenance
  • Organise team lists for swimming galas and interschool competitions
  • Maintain a record of swimmers times
  • Print personal best and award certificates
  • Inform swimmers of important upcoming events via newsletters
  • Be Active member of the school community.
  • Supporting teachers in preparing and organizing School events.
  • Supervision of After-School activities.
  • Being a competent swimmer and be able to teach stroke development work in small groups independently.
  • Assisting in equipment preparation for lessons.
  • Providing escort and assistance to children as necessary.
  • Helping teachers to plan learning activities and complete records; maintain individual records for each student when required.
  • Attending staff meetings or training, helping with outings/sport events, school clubs and other school events
  • Understanding and applying school policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Physical Education.
  • Teacher professional qualification or certification in PE and/Swimming.
  • Certification in Life Saving and First Aid.
  • Teaching experience in Years 1 – 10;

Job Overview: Having first opened its doors in 2015, Anne Hill International currently provides international education for students aged 2-13 and has plans in place to expand its secondary school campus in the near future. Role Responsibilities

Teacher of Drama (Year 7 through Year 9) with the professional capacity to establish and expand initiatives in a developing programme is essential.   The curriculum is based on a modified IMYC programme, and the successful candidate will contribute to designing and implementing a programme new to the school.

Additionally, the ability to teach English as a Second Language or a humanities or social studies subject would be an advantage.

All teachers are expected to contribute to the pastoral/homeroom curriculum and to after-school activities programme
