  1. Job Summary

The Event Intern is responsible for supporting the daily administrative tasks of the Events department at Anne Hill International School. This position also plays a role in coordinating in internal and external events.

The intern will receive direct instruction and guidance from a designated AHI employee for each assigned task.

  • Eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude, willing to support tasks beyond their core responsibilities.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., using CapCut, Premiere Pro) are a plus.
  • Basic content writing skills for social media posts, emails, and internal documents.
  • Basic event planning and event organisation skills.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Owning a personal laptop is a plus.
  1. Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
