Position: Human Resource Intern
Report to: HR Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant channels, screening CVs, contacting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules between applicants and interviewers.
- Prepare necessary documents and materials for new hires, support orientation on company policies and procedures, and assist with employee integration during the first working days.
- Help organize, update, and maintain employee files, labor contracts, and HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of HR documents and reports, participate in internal events and employee engagement activities, and carry out other tasks as assigned by the HR department.
Other projects as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- 3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate from universities/colleges with majors related to Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Passionate about and motivated to develop a career in Human Resources.
Skills, Capabilities & Traits
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Hardworking, proactive, and responsible in assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently and handle basic problem-solving.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
