Job Description Title: Maintenance Executive
Reports to: Operations Manager
Department: Operations
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and troubleshooting of issues related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, elevators, and other facility systems within the school.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks in assigned areas.
- Strictly comply with technical standards, occupational safety regulations, and fire prevention and protection requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned.
