Summary of Position Anne Hill International School (AHIS) is seeking a motivated Junior Academics MIS Executive to join our team. This entry-level role suits fresh graduates or candidates with limited passionate experience about educational technology.
You will support the School Information System (iSAMS), focusing on academic modules: School Reporting, Admissions/Registrations, Enrollment cycles, Activities/ECA management, Student Care, Facilities Management, and portals for students, teachers, and parents. Hands-on training and growth opportunities provided in an international school setting.

- Basic understanding of school academic processes (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and quick learning ability for new systems/processes.
- Good at multitasking, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and managing user expectations.
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and positive attitude.
- Entry-level or up to 1-2 years in IT support/data management; fresh graduates encouraged.
- Nice to have: Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel (formulas like SUM/VLOOKUP/IF, PivotTables, charts, data filtering/sorting from iSAMS exports for enrollment/attendance reports).
- Nice to have: Basic MySQL/relational database knowledge (simple SELECT/JOIN/WHERE queries, understanding data structure for SIS troubleshooting/exports).
- Nice to have: Basic Power BI knowledge (connect data sources like Excel/CSV from iSAMS, build simple dashboards for academic KPIs like enrollment trends/attendance).
- Ability to communicate clearly and present to team/stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing/maintaining SIS (iSAMS) and academic software.
- Support testing/implementation of new systems or upgrades for academics.
- Help with report writing, KPI tracking, basic dashboards/BI (using Excel/Power BI from iSAMS data).
- Provide data support/analysis for enrollment, reporting, student progress, attendance.
- Contribute to improving academic workflows.
- Offer first-line troubleshooting/support for academic staff/teachers.
- Assist in creating/delivering basic training on IT systems.
- Ensure academic data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Coordinate with overseas vendors (API keys in iSAMS for transport).
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver excellent service.
- Available for weekends/late nights if needed (maintenance/urgent issues).
- Work under tight timelines/pressure.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Education Technology, Information Management, or related.
- Basic certifications in IT, Microsoft Office (Excel), Power BI, or SQL/MySQL advantageous.
