SCHOOL BUS REGISTRATION
AY 2026 - 2027

Ensuring a smooth and safe journey to and from school is an important part of supporting our families’ daily routines. To help with this, Anne Hill International School (AHI) offers a school bus pick-up and drop-off service to selected locations throughout the school year.

We are pleased to open School Bus registration for the Academic Year (AY) 2026–2027. To support operational planning and route arrangements, families are encouraged to read the guidelines below carefully and register early.

SCHOOL BUS FEES

School Bus fee is non-refundable and fixed for the payment period, regardless of absences or changes in residential address that may reduce the route distance. In cases where a new address results in a longer route, the adjusted rate will apply. Toll fees are not included in the standard School Bus fee; additional surcharges may apply where toll access is required.

Routes are determined based on the distance between the school and the designated pick-up/drop-off point, as calculated on Google Maps.

Please refer to the table below for the full fee details.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

We encourage families to familiarise themselves with the guidelines below before submitting their registration.

BATONROUTE SAFE - NEW SCHOOL BUS APP
FROM 2026 – 2027

From the 2026 – 2027 academic year, AHI will introduce the BatonRoute Safe bus app for families. BatonRoute Safe will allow parents to track the school bus route in real time, view estimated departure and arrival times to better plan pick-up and drop-off schedules, receive real-time notifications and updates from the bus team, notify the school of student absences directly through the app, and authorise designated persons to pick up their child(ren) via an in-app function.

Parents may read the guidelines for BatonRoute users here. The School may also conduct training sessions in due course to help first-time users become familiar with the app and its functions.

REGISTRATION

For your convenience, ASA and School Bus registrations for the AY 2026–2027 are combined into one single form, to be completed once per student. Families who wish to register for the School Bus service only (without enrolling in ASA) can simply select “I would like to register for Bus only (No ASA)” under the Registration Preference section.

Notes:

  • The form will take approximately 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
  • Please complete one form per student. For example, if you have two children at AHI, you will need to submit the form twice.

  • In case of late bus registration or changes to the submitted information after registration, parents are kindly requested to allow up to one week for the school to arrange and redesign the bus routes accordingly, in order to provide the best possible service.
  • For families who register for the ASA programme, school bus arrangements will be assigned based on students’ ASA selections.
  • Bus routes and pick-up/drop-off points may be adjusted by the School for operational efficiency.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

In the registration form, parents will be required to tick a confirmation box stating that they have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and provide their signature as an acknowledgement. The School reserves the right to postpone the commencement of the service should this requirement not be completed upon registration.

Please click on the dropdown menu below for the full terms and conditions for your reference.

  • Parents/Guardians and students agree to comply with all transportation-related procedures, policies, and regulations outlined in the School Bus Guidelines.

  • Parents/Guardians authorise their child to travel between the registered pick-up/drop-off location and Anne Hill International School using the School Bus Service operated by the School’s authorised drivers and staff.

  • Parents/Guardians or authorised persons must be present at the designated pick-up/drop-off location on time to hand over and receive the student. The School reserves the right to refuse release of a student to any unauthorised person unless prior written notice has been provided.

  • Students are expected to comply with all safety instructions and maintain appropriate behaviour while using the School Bus Service. The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate bus privileges in cases of repeated misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or violations of school policies.
