Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant channels, screening CVs, contacting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules between applicants and interviewers.
- Prepare necessary documents and materials for new hires, support orientation on company policies and procedures, and assist with employee onboarding during their first working days.
- Organize, update, and maintain employee records, labor contracts, and HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of HR documents and reports, participate in internal events and employee engagement activities, and perform other tasks assigned by the HR Department.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- Third- or fourth-year university student, or a recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passionate about and motivated to pursue a career in Human Resources.
Skills, Capabilities & Traits
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Hardworking, proactive, and responsible.
- Able to work independently and solve basic problems effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
