On this International Yoga Day, our school is organizing free yoga sessions for both students and staff to celebrate and also to embrace the health of yourself and also our school community
Yoga has been shown to have many benefits for the body, mind and soul, this is also a good exercise to ground yourself to the present besides studying and working hours.
