Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive is a key player in promoting all school’s programmes. Responsibilities include crafting effective marketing plans, designing promotional materials, and executing strategies. The role ensures brand consistency, monitors campaign performance, and requires strong marketing and communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaboration with Marketing Manager:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to gather comprehensive information about all school’s programmes, including programme details, schedules, and fees.
  • Design programmeschedules, and fees under the guidance of the Marketing

 

Marketing Plan Development:

  • Utilise gathered programme information to createmarketing plans outlining effective strategies and tactics.
  • Target the intended audience through well-defined marketing approaches.

 

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Develop creative, engaging and scheduling content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote all school programs. This includes writing captions, designing visual assets, producing short-form videos, and planning content calendars. Ensure that all posts align with brand.

 

Collateral Approval Process:

  • Ensure branding consistency by submitting collaterals, designs, and content to the Marketing & Communications department at Anne Hill International School for review and approval.
  • Provide explanations or clarifications if needed during the approval process.

 

Distribution through Various Channels:

  • Upon approval, distribute collaterals through various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, printed materials, and the Anne Hill International School’s

 

Event Execution:

  • Implement the marketing plan by executing the outlined strategies and tactics.
  • Launch advertising campaigns, host informational sessions, and organise events to promote programme

 

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of promotional activities throughout the marketing campaign.
  • To support and where necessary to implement and execute seasonal online advertising campaigns, promoting specific events, courses, or activities for all schools.
  • To record all expenditure and process all required paperwork for tasks related to the role, as well as to support the Marketing & Admissions Team with other tasks and events during the team’s peak times. · Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in writing content and managing social channels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.

Overview

 

The Learning Support Teacher plays a crucial role in providing personalised assistance and support to students with diverse learning needs. Core Responsibilities:

 

As a Learning Support Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Individualised Education Plans (IEPs): Developing and implementing IEPs for students with special educational needs, in collaboration with classroom teachers and parents.
  • Gifted and Talented Program: Providing enrichment programs and opportunities for advanced learning for those who are identified as gifted and talented.

  • Parent Communication: Communicating regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress, discuss strategies for support at home, and facilitate a collaborative approach to student success.

Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education, Learning Support or a related field.
  • Certification in Special Education or relevant teaching certification with a focus on inclusive education.
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and language-based disorders.
  • Knowledge of various assessment tools, instructional strategies, and assistive technologies to support student learning.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.

 

 

Operations Executive

Job Description

Title: Operation Executive

Reports to: Operation Manager (OM)

Department: Operation

 

Summary of Position

This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the daily maintenance of buildings and office services, ensuring a safe and high-quality environment. Additionally, it oversees school transportation, event setup, and asset management.

Duties & Responsibilities

Transportation management:

·     Oversee daily bus operations.

·     Manage bus drivers and LTAs, including scheduling, tasks, timesheets and payments.

·     Provide training, induction and annual evaluations for LTAs and drivers.

·     Address requests, feedback and complaints related to bus services.

·     Maintain transportation records and report to the OM.

·     Ensure the buses meet health and safety requirements (e.g., first aid kits, fire extinguishers, seat belts, camera…)

·     Arrange buses for school trips, events, CCA activities and other request.

Event set-up:

·     Receive requests and provide setup advice if needed.

·     Coordinate with event organizers on location, furniture, refreshments and staffing.

·     Work with vendors, maintenance, IT, security and cleaning teams to ensure proper setup.

·     Collaborate with the Operation team to arrange food for trips or events.

Building hygiene supervision:

·     Oversee the daily tasks, schedules and assignments of the cleaning team.

·     Inspect hygiene quality and address campus cleanliness requests or feedback.

·     Manage cleaning supply inventory.

·     Conduct daily facility checks and weekly housekeeping inspections, recording and reporting hygiene findings.

·     Plan the general cleaning before the breaks or holiday and adjust cleaning staff as needed.

·     Manage timesheets and payments for the cleaning team.

·     Support event cleaning arrangements.

·     Oversee garbage collection contracts, ensure service payments, and monitor waste sorting and daily disposal, including hazardous and medical waste.

Pest control:

·     Coordinate with the supplier to ensure the insecticide spraying schedule is followed and adjust when necessary.

·     Monitor insect activity and gather uses feedback on service quality.

·     Contact the service provider immediately if pests such as flies, mosquitoes, snakes, rats, termites, or three-chambered ants are detected.

·     Track and maintain insect control equipment and tools at the school and manage related payment.

 Asset management:

·     Oversee school assets, meeting rooms, classrooms and other facilities.

·     Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage asset movement records.

·     Handle administrative tasks related to property management as needed.

·     Assist the OM in ensuring the school has all necessary assets.

·     Monitor daily operation management requests and ensure timely completion.

·     Coordinate with procurement staff on furniture and fixture orders, distribution and handover.

·     Collaborate with the accounting department to conduct inventory checks.

Administrative functions:

·     Track and follow up on OM requests to ensure timely and proper completion.

·     Manage the monthly timesheet for the operation team.

·     Maintain databases and prepare reports as needed.

·     Process monthly payment requests for services managed by Operation Department.

·     Order refreshment for staff, cleaning suppliers and other office stationery as required.

·     Perform other tasks as assigned by OM.

Education and/or Experience:

·     Bachelor degree or equivalent education

·     Experience in administration, transportation management, event set-up is an advantage

·     Background in education, hospitality or logistic industry, hygiene is preferred

Anne Hill International School (AHIS) seeks a highly motivated and experienced MIS Executive (Helpdesk) to join our growing team. You have experience with School Information System (SIS) experience and have at least 2 successful implementations will have an advantage. SIS knowledge should include, but not limited to Person Records Management, Teaching Management, Timetable management, School Reporting, Admissions/Registrations, Enrollment cycles, Fee management, Activities/ECA management, Student Care, Facilities Management, and portal management for students, teachers and parents would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
