Last week, the students in Years 4 & 5 went on an incredible journey to Camp Chi Bu for a two-day, one-night trip! Not only was it a great opportunity for them to bond as a class and build friendships, but they also got to participate in some really amazing activities that truly tested their skills.

They kicked off the adventure with some team-building tasks like a blindfolded obstacle course and sack race, then moved on to soft archery and football – some of their personal favourites. For those who were feeling brave enough, they got wet (in a fun way!) with boating, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and swimming. They kept expanding their horizons by trying new things like pizza making, night trekking/treasure hunting, sitting around the firepit munching on marshmallows or creating works of art and origami while fishing at the lake.

Overall this trip was a total success – we couldn’t have asked for more!

Exciting activities to freshly start the first week of school after the Tet Holiday! At the preschool campus, we created special trees with our hands printed. While at the Primary campus, students had a very fun time singing in this morning’s assembly. Together we are all committed to embarking on a new journey with our students in the coming year. We are thrilled to host the offline Lunar New Year event in this Year of the Cat, and we have just three days left until the AHI Tet Celebration 2023! The AHI community has come together to prepare decorations and to practice bringing the authentic Tet atmosphere to the School as a result of the efforts of all school members.
