AHI Child Protection Policy and Procedures

Aligned with the school mission to deliver affordable and quality education in a safe and caring environment, the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in relation to this policy is defined as:

  • Protecting children from maltreatment
  • Preventing the impairment of children’s health or development
  • Ensuring that children are growing up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care
  • Taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes.

Anne Hill International School will:

  • Create an environment to encourage children to develop a positive self-image
  • Encourage children to develop a sense of independence and autonomy in a way that is appropriate to their age and stage of development
