Summary of Position
The position functions as the Business Manager and Specialist for all related matters towards Sales, Admissions, Student Care & Administration within the operations division of the school. Ensure that all the functions operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the school. The person is responsible for setting targets, developing the team and upholding the wellbeing of the school community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively participates in scheduling & enhancing guest experience for physical & virtual school tours
- Update & communicate SOPs, school brand standards & local laws
- Online Enquiries Administration
- Handles all sales-related activities & matters
- Parents Volunteer Group & Parents’ Annual Survey
- Emergency / Closure Communications
- Uniforms Administration
- Phone Hotline administration, daily Parents Communications management
- Ensures that the team is advised of any urgent or pressing matters
- Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by the Manager
- Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures
- Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the school is represented
- Attends meetings and training as required by direct manager
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- Experience in administration and teams management
- Background in education or hospitality-related industry is preferred
Skills, Capabilities & Traits
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken), additional language will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-initiatives
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Customer-oriented personality
- Excellent communicator
