We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager is responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programmes. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR Manager role involves finding, screening and recruiting new job applicants.
Job Scope:
Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
- Maintain and develop HRM policies and procedures
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Handle workplace disciplinary and termination procedures
- Alignment of C&B policies and practices to attract and retain best talents
- Deliver the required administrative support operations for the company organisation
- Participate in disseminating regulations, human resources policies and answer related questions and complaints of employees
- On-boarding newcomers to the company
- Provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
- Develop adequate induction and training
- Support employee opportunities for professional development
- Assist with the performance management and review process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
- Experience in HR or related field and team management for at least 3 years
- Background in education is preferred
