Summary of Position

The position oversees all communication & customer service-related functions within Admission and Student Care (SC) at the school. These may include communicating with parents, administering appointments, following up on visits & student enrolment and record keeping as well as administering essential student/parents’ requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handles pre & post experience for visits & tours including:
    • Visitors / Appointments Administration
    • Student Registration
    • Student Records Update
    • Online Enquiries (info box)
  • Complete administrative matters, database and star portal updates related to the admission function within the department.
  • Assists in all aspects of guided school tours.
  • Compile communication and divert to right channels.
  • In charge of Online Enquiries Administration
  • Be responsible for Events Planning
  • May have to function as MC / host for events.
  • In charge of Student ID Cards, Parents ID Cards, Parents Login ID administration
  • In charge of Parents’ Consent
  • In charge of Emergency / Closure Communications
  • Assist with external transport communications.
  • Recurrent Student Health Screening Administration
  • Ensures that the team is advised of any urgent or pressing matters.
  • Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by the Manager.
  • Able to temporarily cover duties of other team members during term breaks & transitions.
  • Is fully conversant with al health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
  • Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
  • Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the school is represented.
  • Attending meetings and training as required by direct manager.
  • Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.

Education and/or Experience

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • Experience in administration or sales is an advantage
  • Background in education or hospitality related industry is preferred

Security & Maintenance Executive

Giám sát tất cả các chức năng liên quan đến an ninh và bảo trì. Điều này bao gồm các nhiệm vụ bảo vệ và chủ động lên kế hoạch chủ trì và báo cáo, liên lạc với các nhà cung cấp và nhà thầu. Theo dõi lịch trình, các yêu cầu bảo trì lớp học và khuôn viên trường.

  • Đi kiểm tra hàng ngày trong khuôn viên trường
  • Tham dự cuộc họp giao ban buổi sáng hàng ngày với Nhóm vận hành, Tuyển sinh và Chăm sóc khách hàng; Bán hàng
  • Giám sát nhân viên an ninh, quản lý cổng và bãi đậu xe
  • Hướng dẫn Nhóm Trợ Giảng & y tá trong quá trình đưa và đón bé
  • Hàng tuần, kiểm tra toàn bộ khuôn viên trường cùng với Trưởng bộ phận vận hành
  • Theo dõi hàng ngày các yêu cầu về bảo trì lớp học và khuôn viên trường từ nhân viên
  • Giải quyết các vấn đề với nhóm Công nghệ Thông tin (CNTT)
  • Chủ động lập kế hoạch bảo trì, liên lạc với thợ và/hoặc nhà thầu
  • Thông báo kịp thời cho người Quản lý dự án về những trở ngại có thể thấy dự đoán trước liên quan đến các nhóm đã ký hợp đồng (an ninh, vận chuyển, dọn phòng, người làm vườn & xịt côn trùng)
  • Thông báo kịp thời cho người quản lý dự án về những thách thức có thể thấy trước liên quan đến FLS (Hỏa hoạn, An toàn cuộc sống) cũng như các chỉ thị liên quan đến cấp phép và chính phủ
  • Hỗ trợ kiểm kê định kỳ FFE (Nội thất – Sữa chữa – Trang thiết bị) trong khuôn viên trường
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Trưởng bộ phận vận hành chỉ đạo hoặc yêu cầu
  • Hoàn toàn thông thạo với tất cả các thủ tục về sức khỏe và an toàn, cứu hỏa và khẩn cấp
  • Duy trì tiêu chuẩn cao về vệ sinh cá nhân, trang phục, đồng phục và ngôn ngữ cơ thể
  • Lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp trong mọi tình huống nhằm giữ hình ảnh hoặc danh tiếng của trường

Health, Safety & Quality Supervisor

Summary of Position

The position functions as the Specialist for all matters related towards Health, Safety & Quality Control within the operations division of the school. These may include understanding & implementing health, hygiene & safety directives by local law and worldwide benchmarks within education. Conducting quality & safety audits, provide training and communicating with all stakeholders.  Working closely with nurse & contractors to ensure highest standards within the department. Driving results & solutions to exceed expectations within the department.

 

Duties & Responsibilities           

  • Implements weekly audit lists & walk through to ensure full compliance and meeting all standards
  • Function as departmental trainer for Health, Safety & Quality topics
  • Child Safeguarding
  • Ambassador for Health, Safety and Quality, periodically running campaigns and promoting these values.
  • Organise Parent’s Workshops related to the functions if and when required
  • Student Counselling project & Student Special Needs – Work with consultant
  • Participates in Parents Volunteer Group

Information Technology (IT) Executive

Summary of Position

The position oversees managing the network and server infrastructure of the school. The primary duties are the security of the company’s computer systems and electronic data, development and implementation of customised systems and overseeing all computer-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities           

  • Manage information technology and computer systems for all campuses
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • New staff – IT orientation (including basic trainings and passwords to be issued to the staff)
  • New student / parent – IT support and guide (with passwords)
  • Periodic maintenance and password updates for portals & websites
  • Administration of Seesaw and Class Dojo accounts
  • Acts as champion for full STAR PORTAL implementation & training with support of line manager
  • Works closely with Director of School to identify & deliver IT needs within academic team

Admissions Manager (Sales and Leads Focus)

Summary of Position

The Admission Manager is an experienced and results-driven person with a strong focus on sales and leads generation. The Admission Manager will be responsible for driving student enrolment through effective sales strategies, lead generation activities, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, relationship building, and strong communication skills to promote our institution and convert prospective students into enrolled students.

Duties & Responsibilities

Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet enrolment targets and increase student admissions.
