Summary of Position/ Tóm tắt

The HR Executive is responsible for Compensation and Benefits (C&B), is the person who implements the rights of employees when entering into an official labor contract, including: salary, bonus, reward and discipline.

Duties & Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ & Trách nhiệm

  • Manage and track employee records, labor contracts, rewards, and discipline.

  • Implement onboarding/ exit process for employees. Track attendance, and calculate salary.

  • Monitor and update data on the increase and decrease of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and compare with the social insurance agency monthly and quarterly.

Theo dõi, cập nhật số liệu tăng giảm BHXH, BHYT, BHTN và đối chiếu với cơ quan BHXH hàng Tháng. Quý.

  • Implement welfare regimes for employees on time, accurately, and in accordance with the Company’s policies. Consulting, answering questions of employees on related issues.

Thực hiện các chế độ phúc lợi cho người lao động kịp thời hạn, chính xác và theo đúng chính sách của Công Ty. Tư vấn, giải đáp các thắc mắc của nhân viên về các vấn đề liên quan.

  • Prepare periodical Labor reports.

Lập báo cáo lao động định kỳ.

  • Regularly study and update the legal provisions on regimes, policies and wages to promptly supplement and amend the regimes and policies in accordance with the provisions of law

Thường xuyên nghiên cứu, cập nhật các quy định của pháp luật về chế độ, chính sách, lương để kịp thời bổ sung, sửa đổi chế độ, chính sách phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources

  • Experience in HR for at least 1 years.

Marketing Intern

Summary of Position
A Marketing Intern is a professional who assists in advertising and promotional efforts within a company. They are responsible for completing clerical and administrative duties, building social media campaigns, or preparing promotional materials. They may also be called upon to create presentations that advise their managers on promoting certain products. Qualified candidates will possess strong graphic design skills, be detail-oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to organize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist Graphic Designer with design of Marketing Collateral such as flyers, banners, posters and other advertising and marketing materials as needed
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
  • Assist full-time staff with day-to-day Marketing related task and event planning
  • Assist with video production (shooting, editing, etc)

Admission and Student Care Executive

Title: Admission and Student Care Executive

Summary of Position

The position oversees all communication & customer service-related functions within Admission and Student Care (SC) at the school. These may include communicating with parents, administering appointments, following up on visits & student enrolment and record keeping as well as administering essential student/parents’ requirements.

 

Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Handles pre & post experience for visits & tours including:
  • Visitors / Appointments Administration
  • Student Registration
  • Student Records Update
  • Online Enquiries (info box)
  • Complete administrative matters, database and star portal updates related to the admission function within the department.
  • Assists in all aspects of guided school tours.
  • Compile communication and divert to right channels.
  • In charge of Online Enquiries Administration
  • Be responsible for Events Planning
  • May have to function as MC / host for events.

Security & Maintenance Executive

  • Thông báo kịp thời cho người quản lý dự án về những thách thức có thể thấy trước liên quan đến FLS (Hỏa hoạn, An toàn cuộc sống) cũng như các chỉ thị liên quan đến cấp phép và chính phủ
  • Hỗ trợ kiểm kê định kỳ FFE (Nội thất – Sữa chữa – Trang thiết bị) trong khuôn viên trường
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Trưởng bộ phận vận hành chỉ đạo hoặc yêu cầu

Health, Safety & Quality Supervisor

Summary of Position

The position functions as the Specialist for all matters related towards Health, Safety & Quality Control within the operations division of the school. These may include understanding & implementing health, hygiene & safety directives by local law and worldwide benchmarks within education. Conducting quality & safety audits, provide training and communicating with all stakeholders.  Working closely with nurse & contractors to ensure highest standards within the department. Driving results & solutions to exceed expectations within the department.

 

Duties & Responsibilities           

  • Implements weekly audit lists & walk through to ensure full compliance and meeting all standards
  • Function as departmental trainer for Health, Safety & Quality topics
  • Child Safeguarding
  • Ambassador for Health, Safety and Quality, periodically running campaigns and promoting these values.
  • Organise Parent’s Workshops related to the functions if and when required
  • Student Counselling project & Student Special Needs – Work with consultant
  • Participates in Parents Volunteer Group

Information Technology (IT) Executive

Summary of Position

The position oversees managing the network and server infrastructure of the school. The primary duties are the security of the company’s computer systems and electronic data, development and implementation of customised systems and overseeing all computer-related activities.

Duties & Responsibilities           

  • Manage information technology and computer systems for all campuses
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • New staff – IT orientation (including basic trainings and passwords to be issued to the staff)
  • New student / parent – IT support and guide (with passwords)
  • Periodic maintenance and password updates for portals & websites
  • Administration of Seesaw and Class Dojo accounts
  • Acts as champion for full STAR PORTAL implementation & training with support of line manager
  • Works closely with Director of School to identify & deliver IT needs within academic team
